What can I expect to happen during a session?

What should I wear to a Energetic Healing session?

Loose comfortable clothing that you can move around in freely is all that is required. It is recommended that you wear pants as opposed to skirts and dresses as some of the muscle tests involve lifting legs away from the table. We will not ask you to undress.

Does muscle testing hurt?

Muscle testing is a gentle process. Usually we test the Anterior Deltoid muslce which means we apply gentle pressure on the wrist with your arm extended straight in front of you. Generally it is painless however if you have concerns about chronic or acute pain in this area, there are many other muscles we can use for muscle testing. We can also switch from left to right easily.

Can I claim a rebate from my private health fund?

No, not at this stage. Only a few minor health funds have the ability to claim kinesiology. However the Australian Kinesiology Association is working hard with the government and private health funds to create fair and comprehensive guidelines for private health fund eligibility.

However we do offer the benefit of Healing Rewards that reduce the costs to you.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no definitive answer to this question as there are so many variables. It depends on the individual, the type of issue and how long this issue has been present and other contributing factors. At times you only need one session, other times you may need 2 or 3. For long term, deep issues it may require ongoing treatment. Rebecca will discuss this with you during your first session.

Once particular issues have been cleared, many clients return for chakra blancing or healing for new issues as they prefer to be proactive about their health management.

Can Energetic Healing be beneficial if there is nothing apparently wrong with me?

Yes, certainly! Sometimes clients come in feeling lethargic & out of balance. Even though there is nothing wrong that can be diagnosed by a doctor, the client knows they are not themselves and there is something wrong. Energetic Healing is the perfect modaility on these occasions. We can help get to the bottom of your feelings and restore your energy so that you feel healthy, positive and vibrant!

Is Energetic Healing suitable for children?

Yes! Children, particularly those 7 years and under, still maintain their natural intuitive abilities and respond very well to energetic healing. They also don't have as many layers of negativity around them as they haven't lived as long! Furthermore, the children being born in current times are highly sensitive to energy around them and often have issues that do not respond to modern medicine.

The parents are present during the session and we shorten the session to 30 minutes. I encourage parents to prepare their children for the session by explaining that they are seeing the 'angel lady'. I usually give the child a crystal to keep at the end of the session. If appropriate, I also tell the child about one of their angels so that can ask for their help. They even like to draw pictures when they get home!

Also, as a trained primary school teacher, Rebecca has a natural rapport with children. She is also familiar with the special gifts of the new generation of children and gives advice on parenting them effectively.
